Orders paid by 1:00PM PST during our business hours are usually shipped the same day. Orders that are placed during holidays, weekends and non-business hours will be shipped in the following business day.

Please ensure that the address you provide is up to date and accurate,we cannot be held responsible in the event you, the customer, provide us with an incorrect address.

Most orders with over $30 in value are shipped with tracking and insurance prepaid for your peace of mind.  A tracking number will be forwarded to you after your order is shipped. In the unlikely event that you don't receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us.

Orders are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory record on our web-site and fill all the paid orders. Should an item be sold out or due to other reasons became un-shippable, a full refund will be sent back to you through the same form of payment you used to place the order, unless you tell us to keep the credit in your account.

Express shipping option is for up to 65lbs (30kg) per item only.
We reserve the right to cancel the XpressPost if the weight is exceeded or if the delivery date is the same as with the regular standard shipping.
Shipping option and contact the buyer to provide with a quotation in the event of an order is over 30kg with Express Shipping is chosen.
Ground service is up to 150lbs (68Kg). We can provide a freight quotation for an order that is over 150lbs (68Kg) upon request.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a proper address. In these situations please contact your local post office as soon as possible as they may have the package on hold for you. If it is already in route back to our warehouse, give us a call and let us know. In this situation you may do the following:

- Purchase another pump and we will ship you the new one, and we will refund you the original purchase price less shipping.

- Wait until the warehouse receives your pump, and we will charge a second shipping fee to have the pump re-sent out.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received before your order leaves our warehouse. Since we are always trying to ship out the item within one business day, the best way to stop our shipping process is to give us a call for an immediate cancellation and you will receive a cancellation confirm number. We are not responsible for orders shipped to you that claim to be cancelled but lack of a confirmation number.

Warranty Policy:

All products purchased on this website come with a 2 year limited warranty unless otherwise stated. We will repair or replace with a similar serviced unit or a new unit free of charge. Customers must arrange and pay for shipping the unit to our warehouse. After repairs are complete or a replacement unit is found, we will pay for shipping
the unit to the customer. Warranty is valid as long as:

(1) Item is under normal use and within the item's specified working environment; (2) No physical damage; (3) No alterations made to the item.
Warranty on the replacement unit will be valid either for the remaining warranty length of the original unit, or 3 months, whichever is longer.


Returns may be accepted for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charge and a 10% restocking fee, only if the returned item is unused, unless otherwise stated on the item listing.

We won't accept returns if the pump has been installed in a well, or if a pipe has been connected to it. We only accept returns if the item can be restocked as a new product for sale.

Items that have been opened mwill be charged up a 20% restocking fee regardless of the condition of the package. All returns can only be accepted within 15 calendar
days from the date that the item is received, absolutely no returns after 15 days. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipping fees for the return.
Shipping, handling and insurance charge will not be refunded. For items shipped with "free shipping" offers, we will charge back the real shipping cost prior to calculating your total refund.
